By accessing or using the OSCL website, mobile application, or participating in any OSCL-organized competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

OSCL competitions are open to individuals and institutions based in Pakistan. Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to register and participate.

Teams and individuals must meet the specific eligibility criteria for their respective division (School, College, University, Club, or Academy) as outlined in our competition rules.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

OSCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike behavior.

All participants must adhere to the official competition rules and regulations published by OSCL for each format (Futsal League, 1v1 Challenge League, Esports League).

OSCL reserves the right to modify competition rules, schedules, formats, and venues at its discretion. Participants will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner.

Match results, rankings, and disciplinary decisions made by official OSCL referees and administrators are final.

All participants, teams, coaches, and spectators are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and fair play at all times.

Any form of discrimination, harassment, violence, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification and potential bans from future OSCL events.

OSCL has a zero-tolerance policy for substance abuse at all events and competitions.

All content on the OSCL website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of OrientSports Champions League and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any OSCL content without prior written permission.

By participating in OSCL events, you grant OSCL the right to capture, use, and distribute photographs, videos, and audio recordings of your participation for promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes.

OSCL retains all rights to broadcast, stream, and distribute match content across its platforms and partner channels.

OSCL shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during competitions, training camps, or events. Participants compete at their own risk.

OSCL is not responsible for any technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss related to our website or mobile application.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to OSCL in the preceding 12 months.

Certain OSCL competitions may require registration fees. All fees are communicated prior to registration and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

OSCL reserves the right to modify fee structures for future seasons with advance notice.

OSCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

OSCL may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
